The “how to’s” and the “what for’s” will be discussed. Barb has some great short cuts, a few easy mnemonics, and some great case studies. The assessment format will include a rapid mental status exam and higher cortical function, the motor and sensory exam, a simple way to learn the cranial nerves, and how to assess cerebellar function.
