Group Discount

  • Group discount of 10% when 10 or more people are registered and paid for at the same time into:
    • the same in-person event and city
    • any combination of webinars
  • Group discount of 5% when 5-9 people are registered and paid for at the same time into:
    • the same in-person event and city
  • Please contact us with as many details as possible and we will help get your group registered. Please include:
    • The full name AND email address of each registrant
    • The full name AND email address of the group contact who will pay the invoice
  • Once we have received your group order, an invoice will be created and each individual in the group will receive a confirmation via email once payment has been processed

Prepaid Account Discount

  • Prepaid account discount of 10% when an account is started or reloaded with $500 or more.
    • The account can be dispensed at your convenience for webinars and/or in-person events.
    • Make registrations easily by either by sending us a list of registrants, or by entering your account code at checkout. Whichever is easiest for you!
  • Please contact us so we can set up your prepaid account, and after that, you can use and reload your account at your convenience if you wish, or we can assist in the process.

Group and prepaid discounts cannot be combined or stacked with each other, but can be combined with other promotions and discounts.

GST Exemption

Some organizations are GST exempt, and registrations from GST exempt organizations must be processed manually.

  • Contact us with the name(s) and email address(es) of the registrant(s)
  • Include information of your organization’s GST exemption, including the GST exemption number AND a supporting document

We will manually create your registration(s) and provide payment options.

Invoicing

The most convenient “self serve” payment options are credit card, Interac e-Transfer, and using a prepaid account. We also understand that sometimes there are unique reasons that require an invoice to be issued. Please contact us if you would like to make a registration that requires invoicing. A few points:

  • Invoices are only issued by email. You may need to forward or print this for your finance department, but we cannot issue an invoice by fax or mail.
  • Access to webinars and entry into in-person events is provided once payment is received. If you require more immediate access to webinars and in-person events, please consider using credit card, Interac e-Transfer, or a prepaid account for payment.
