Workplace conflict, though fairly common, is an uncomfortable situation that can quickly escalate to a major problem if left unaddressed. In the dynamic landscape of today’s workplace, conflict is inevitable. How team members and organizations handle and resolve conflicts can significantly impact their success. However, the use of appropriate strategies to address issues can keep our differences from getting out of hand. In this 3 part webinar, you will be exposed to concepts and skills that will help to manage workplace conflicts more successfully. These sessions will explore the origins of your understanding of conflict and assist you in learning “hands-on” tools to help navigate conflict in everyday life.
