Cancellation Policy
In-person workshops are non-refundable due to so many of our expenses being incurred in advance.
If a cancellation is received prior to the commencement of the workshop, a credit for the full amount paid will be issued. A credit may be redeemed on any events or products that Health Links Education offers, including webinars, in-person workshops, and physical products. This credit may be transferred to someone else if you wish.
After an in-person workshop has commenced, no credit will be issued.
Health Links Education is not liable for any loss related to an in-person workshop, including losses related to travel, accommodation, or employment.
To cancel from an in-person workshop that has not yet commenced, please contact us.
COVID-19 Protocols
Health Links Education will follow, at minimum, the prevailing federal, provincial, and municipal guidelines and restrictions related to organizing and gathering at an in-person event.
Additional measures may be implemented at the discretion of Health Links Education to ensure a safe event, including but not limited to, the requirement of all attendees to wear a face mask to attend. If implemented, this requirement will be communicated in advance and will be mandatory for all attendees.
Changes in official government guidelines and restrictions AND/OR those implemented at the discretion of Health Links Education will not result in a change to the cancellation policy.
If Postponed, Rescheduled, or Cancelled by Health Links Education
If Health Links Education is forced to postpone, reschedule, or cancel an in-person workshop for any reason, all registrations will be automatically transferred to the new in-person workshop (when and if applicable), otherwise a credit for the full amount paid will be issued that may be redeemed on any events or products that Health Links Education offers, including webinars, in-person workshops, and physical products. This credit may be transferred to someone else if you wish.
