Where can I find my HubCode?

Your link to the Webinar Hub and the HubCode are both included in emails that you were sent after registering, and also in your order history if you have created a client account on our web site.

Look for your order confirmation email and/or your Zoom invite – the HubCode is included on both.

If you cannot locate your order confirmation email, please contact us and we can re-issue it.

Live Webinars

Joining a live webinar should be as easy as clicking on the Zoom link in your email.

* If you can’t find the email and link in your main inbox, double check your junk/spam/ promotional folders.

If you are unable to join, try the following:

  • Manually install or reinstall the Zoom app for your device directly from Zoom. Then try clicking the link again.
  • Reboot/restart your device
  • Instead of clicking the Zoom link, try copying the link from your email and pasting it into your web browser
  • Try a different web browser or device

On-Demand Webinars

  • To access an on-demand webinar, refer to your order confirmation email that you received after registering, or your client account on our web site, if you have set one up.
  • Use the link to the Webinar Hub and the HubCode to access the content for your on-demand webinar, including:
    • The on-demand recording
    • Handouts in PDF format
    • Certificate of completion
    • Evaluation

Webinar Hub

  • Your link to the Webinar Hub and the HubCode is included in emails that you were sent after registering, and also in your order history if you have created a client account on our web site
  • To view the PDF handouts, Adobe Acrobat or compatible PDF viewer is required. Try installing or re-installing Adobe Acrobat Reader (free download)
  • If your HubCode is not accepted, double check that you have entered it correctly. If so, try a different browser or device.
