The exodus contributes to the nursing shortage, so this issue needs to be a priority concern to nurses at all career levels, in all settings. In this webinar we’re pleased to welcome two nurses who have researched bullying in nursing, who will share their findings and knowledge on the subject. Please join Kathryn Chachula, RN, BN, MN, PhD, CCNE and Nadine Smith, RN, BN, MN, CCNE, who will: cover how bullying and incivility in nursing looks; discuss a professional definition of bullying and incivility to help us identify it; explore the underlying causes of these behaviours; examine the consequences in health care environments; and explore strategies that nurses, managers and educators can use to respond to bullying and incivility.

Please note: Allied health staff, managers and educators in mental health, the rehabilitation therapies, pharmacy and social work may also benefit from this webinar.

Who Should Attend?:
• Nurses in all settings and all levels, Nurse Educators, Preceptors, Clinicians and Managers
• Allied Professional Staff
• Human Resource Staff

Dr. Kathryn Chachula, RN, BN, MN, PhD, CCNE is a Registered Nurse with a diverse clinical background that includes community health nursing, medicine, postoperative nursing, critical care, and emergency nursing.
