Michele Deck, <\/strong>an internationally renowned presenter, author, and educator is the co-founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of a company specializing in adult learning and interactive teaching methods (G.A.M.E.S.). She is also CEO of Tool Thyme for Trainers, a company she founded that supplies innovative and creative presentation tools available to educators worldwide.\u00a0 Michele is known for her innovative teaching methods in the field of health care education and training. She has been training educators and trainers full time for the last twenty seven years.\u00a0 She has won the \u201cExcellence in Nursing\u201d<\/em> Award has also been selected as a \u201cGreat 100 Nurse in Louisiana<\/em>\u201d<\/strong> and was elected to Sigma Theta Tau National Nursing Honor Society.<\/em>\u00a0The Association of Nurses in Professional Development <\/em>named her the recipient of the prestigious Belinda Puetz Award.<\/em>\u00a0 She was on the editorial board of JNSD <\/em>for the 9 years.\u00a0 She was named\u00a0\u201cBusiness Woman of the Year\u201d <\/em>two years in a row by the National Business Council.\u00a0 She received the Margaret L.
