Because those minutes are critical to the patient’s survival, staff on acute care units need to be proficient at responding to a code blue. This webinar reviews the appropriate actions and interventions that staff in non-critical units must perform during a code blue, with a focus on the nurse’s role before, during and after the code team arrives. Join Holly Feist RN BN MN ACCN for this presentation and have all your critical questions answered.

Who Should Attend?:

** This webinar has been designed for staff in acute care units, and may be too basic for staff in critical care areas **
• Staff Nurses, Nurse Practitioners & Nurse Clinicians in all Acute Care settings
• Acute Care Educators and Managers
• Nurses planning to seek positions in Acute or Critical Care settings
• Respiratory Therapists, EMT’s

Holly Feist, RN BN, MN, ACCN

Holly has spent much of her career in the Calgary area, primarily working in emergency departments and intensive care units at the Foothills Medical Centre (Level 1 trauma centre for Southern Alberta).
