While we have all been anticipating more freedom and less stress in a post pandemic reality, instead we’ve discovered it’s more like “COVID – The Sequel”. The delta variant, a coming fourth wave, and confusing on/off restrictions have instead resulted in feelings of continued stress, anxiety, burnout and resentment. That coupled with so many things that remain uncertain or have changed, from our roles at work, to working from home, to trying to protect our school age kids, to changes in relationships with family and friends and even patients, due differing beliefs in vaccinations or restrictions, have brought already stressful working lives to an inflection point. Join Sarah Allen Benton who will guide us through what these changes mean to us; how to identify maladaptive coping in our own lives; and how to enact practical strategies to help keep balance, good mental health and resilience. Lessons learned can be applied to patients and clients who are struggling with the same issues.

Who Should Attend?:
• Nurses, Physicians, & Health Care Professionals in Direct Care Settings
• Staff in all COVID Units, Emergency Department Staff, Critical Care staff
• Pediatric Staff, Staff in Mental Health and Addictions
• Social Workers, Psychologists, OT’s, PT’s, RT’s
• Occupational Health Nurses, Managers, Educators, HR staff

Sarah Allen Benton, MS, LMHC, LPC, AADC

Sarah Allen Benton is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor. She is Co-Owner of Benton Behavioral Health Consulting and Waterview Behavioral Health.
